Hardware Associate

## Job Overview We are seeking a Hardware Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills. • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the right hardware products
• Utilize technical knowledge to advise customers on product selection
• Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels ## Requirements
• Fluency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus
• Experience in cash handling and retail sales preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Knowledge of retail math for transactions and basic calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
