Responsibilities:
Approach customers with confidence and a smile, Greet. Sell cellular devices and wireless solutions in a one-on-one selling and ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience Ability to hit store goals Deliver excellent customer service, making this the kind of experience a customer will tell their friends about Complete online training for product and promotion knowledge And ensuring team members have completed the training. Assess customer's needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs Troubleshoot phones Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out We'll also count on you to support your team by; Keep the store looking its best with daily house keeping Keeping updated on current plans and promotions.
