We're looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our team and help create a welcoming in-store experience for every customer. Pay & Benefits Hourly pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour , paid weekly Paid onboarding and training Performance-based raises and career advancement opportunities Supportive and positive team culture Key Responsibilities Proactively engage every customer to create a welcoming and consultative sales experience Use strong product knowledge to identify customer needs and confidently recommend the right solutions Present and demonstrate products in a way that highlights value, quality, and key features to drive sales Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques Accurately process purchases, handle payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that supports product visibility and sales opportunities Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to reach daily and monthly sales targets Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and product updates to maximize selling potential Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment that motivates team success Qualifications Previous Sales or Retail Sales experience is a plus, but not required (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift Basic computer/tech knowledge (POS systems, email, inventory tools) Goal-driven with a customer-first mindset Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Work Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Must have some evening and weekend availability Flexible scheduling whenever possible Location In-store role located in
