This role is split evenly between packing online orders and assisting customers in-store. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where accuracy matters. A strong interest and working knowledge of trading cards (especially Pokémon/TCG products) is required. Responsibilities Order Fulfillment (50%) Pick and pack customer orders (approx. 30/day) Batch orders efficiently and accurately Double-check all orders before shipment Follow standard packaging procedures (no guesswork required) Ensure all orders ship within 48 hours Retail Support (50%) Assist customers and answer product questions Recommend products based on customer needs Operate the register and handle transactions Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor Requirements Working knowledge of trading cards (Pokémon/MTG/TCG required) Strong attention to detail (critical for this role) Able to move quickly while maintaining accuracy Comfortable standing and moving for most of the shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and consistent Good communication skills What We're Looking For Organized and process-driven Works with urgency without being careless Follows systems and procedures closely Takes pride in getting orders 100% correct Friendly and helpful with customers Growth Opportunity This role has the potential to grow into a leadership or management position as the company expands.
