$15.00•$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts:
Morning Shift:
8:00 AM•4:00
PM Evening Shift:
4:00 PM•12:00

Full-Time & Part-Time Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Budtender / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately, maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations, and help create a positive shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with purchases and product questions Process transactions accurately using the POS system Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor Stock products and assist with inventory management Promote current specials and loyalty programs Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly Follow all company procedures and compliance requirements Qualifications Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or dispensary experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift Basic computer and POS system knowledge Must meet all state and local employment requirements Benefits Competitive pay: $15•18 per hour Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling options
