In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that assists customers, manages inventory, and ensures the store runs smoothly. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create an inviting shopping environment while maintaining efficient stock levels and merchandise presentation. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect product or handling shipping and receiving, your proactive approach will drive success and customer satisfaction every day. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, replenishment, and organization. Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to maximize visual appeal and sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment through routine cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring a safe shopping space for all customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or smoke shop sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new associates.
