Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, showcase products and assist in creating an inviting store environment. Your proactive approach will help customers find what they need while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Operate the point of sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and presented attractively Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with merchandising plans to maximize sales potential Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. Support store operations through cashiering duties, including processing sales, and managing cash registers Completing daily shift chores and responsibilities in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or Vape store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash register use, and cash handling procedures, Product and retail math concepts. Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Basic math skills for cash transactions.
