Job Description
Job Summary The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, copying, and business service needs. This role involves operating office equipment, processing shipments, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Process domestic and international shipping transactions through various carriers. Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, laminating, and other document services. Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions. Package customer items securely for shipping. Answer customer inquiries regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and available services. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store appearance. Follow company policies, shipping regulations, and security procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, customer service, shipping, or print center experience is a plus. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn shipping and point-of-sale software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
