Star Fine Furniture & Mattress is looking to add two Sales Professionals to our growing team at our Galveston showroom. As a family-owned business serving the community since 1920, we take pride in offering quality products, exceptional customer service, and a positive workplace culture. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers as they shop for furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings Help customers find products that fit their needs, style, and budget Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training Follow our daily customer rotation system Maintain showroom appearance and product presentation Work as part of a team to achieve individual and store sales goals Compensation & Schedule 100% commission-based position Guaranteed training pay during your first 90 days while you learn our products and sales process High earning potential for motivated individuals 5-day work week with two consecutive days off Typical schedule averages 30-40 hours per week What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and people skills Sales experience is preferred, but not required Ability to learn product information and sales techniques Self-motivated and goal-oriented Weekend availability required Why Join Star Fine?
