Our mission is to improve lives by promoting better health and wellness in our community. The Role We're looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a client-facing, sales-driven environment. This isn't a traditional receptionist role. This is a front desk sales role for someone proactive and who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and helping them invest in their wellness. This role will be a counterpart to our current front desk associate. What You'll Do Drive Sales (Core Focus): Meet weekly sales targets for memberships, packages, gift cards, and retail products Confidently upsell and rebook clients during checkout Engage clients to understand their wellness needs and recommend services that enhance their experience Ensure every client leaves satisfied—you're the last touchpoint Manage appointments via phone, email, and in-person using our booking software Process payments accurately and maintain clean financial records Keep the front desk, lobby, and retail areas organized and welcoming Handle opening/closing duties including light cleaning What We're Looking For Weekend availability required 2+ years in customer service or retail sales (spa/hospitality experience preferred) Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and basic reporting tools Strong communicator who can engage clients and work well with team members Confident self-starter who can make decisions and work independently Ability to handle multiple priorities during busy periods Professional appearance and demeanor Basic math skills for transactions and inventory Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus What We Offer $13/hour Performance bonuses and commission on memberships and sales Free monthly massage (after eligibility period) Employee discounts on services and products Wellness-focused, results-oriented culture Autonomy and opportunity for growth Not a
