Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Consultant. For over 55 years we have been one of the largest privately-owned dealer groups in Central Texas. Our approach:

We do things differently than the average dealership. Our Sales Consultant's focus is to work closely with customers, explaining the features and benefits of various models in order to help guide the customer to a vehicle that is best suited for their personal wants and needs. Our Sales Managers will then work with the customers to determine their financial needs/abilities and finalize the purchase of the vehicle.

Responsibilities:

Greet and determine customer needs Compile information needed throughout the sales process Present and demonstrate features, benefits and vehicle offerings Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and delivery Utilize dealership systems to maximize communications and prospecting opportunities

Qualifications:

Retail sales experience Digital savvy, mobile, texting, videos Must pass pre-employment screening to include: background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver's license and drug testing in order to qualify for employment Bilingual

• Spanish In addition to competitive pay, we offer our associates the following benefits: Paid training; up to 60-day $3,500 monthly guarantee available 5-day work week, 45-hour weekly shifts Pay range: $60,000 to $100,000+/year Tiered bonus levels: $250
