Responsibilities Support and lead team members during shifts Assist with scheduling and shift coverage Help train new employees Provide excellent customer service Assist with parties, admissions, and daily operations Monitor facility cleanliness and safety Report equipment and maintenance issues Help with opening and closing duties Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability preferred Leadership experience is a plus Experience in hospitality, retail, childcare, entertainment, or customer service is a plus Bilingual is a plus Pay $13-$15 per hour based on experience Tips Flexible scheduling
