Job Description
## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team with at least 2 year of Pro shop experience. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within the shop environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The Job will require working afternoon to evening shifts. ## Duties
- Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Book tee times over the phone and in person
- Handle cash and card transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Manage outside staff operations ## Skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent in handling several tasks at the same time.
- Experience with stock management and product demos preferred
- Capable of handling cash transactions efficiently
