Position Summary:

We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and hands-on Team Member who can help manage day-to-day operations in our kitchen and storefront. This person will play a key role in popcorn production, customer service, and overall store success. Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and package gourmet popcorn for retail and nationwide orders Maintain high product quality, flavor accuracy, and presentation Follow all health and sanitation standards Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient Support team members to meet daily goals and ensure smooth operations Assist customers with orders and provide exceptional service Communicate effectively with staff and management Identify and solve problems proactively Take initiative—anticipate needs, pitch in, and help lead by example

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in food service or retail (preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a team and independently Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Flexible and available to work Monday-Friday, 30-35 hours per week Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
