Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Pokémon and trading card games, exceptional customer service skills, and a knack for building relationships with customers. You will be the face of our store, helping customers find what they need, sharing your expertise, and creating a welcoming environment. You will also be required to help assist with packaging website orders & help with maintain an accurate inventory for our website & brick and mortar location.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice on Pokémon trading cards and related products.

Sales Support:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about current Pokémon card sets, game mechanics, and trends in the trading card community to effectively educate customers.

Inventory Management:

Assist with stock management, including receiving new inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Community Building:

Promote store events, tournaments, and promotions, encouraging customer participation and fostering a sense of community among Pokémon fans.

Store Maintenance:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Packaging Orders:

Help fullfill website orders & ship product in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

Passion for Pokémon: Strong knowledge of Pokémon trading cards and enthusiasm for the game and community.

Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with customers of all ages.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
