Handling correspondence, or maintaining office systems, your proactive attitude will be key to our success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their office management expertise in a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, including digital files on Google Workspace and Microsoft Office platforms Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer skills such as typing and data management tools. Support calendar management and scheduling including appointment setting and reminders Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence filing documents and organizing papers as need it. Support administrative tasks related to office management, including filing, photocopying, and document organization.
