Your enthusiasm and expertise will contribute to building lasting customer relationships and promoting responsible product use. Duties Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, utilizing your knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Conduct engaging product demos to educate customers about product features, effects, and proper usage Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining an attractive store environment Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, and inventory control Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Requirements 21 years and over Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar environments where customer service is key Bilingual is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transactions Experience in merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn through training sessions Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Join us in creating a vibrant shopping experience where your energy and expertise make a real difference!
