Full-Time Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a key member of our dispensary, you'll provide exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and help customers find the right products for their needs. This position requires fluent Spanish, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, offering personalized product recommendations. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain organized, well-stocked product displays and ensure shelves are replenished as needed. Educate customers through product demonstrations and detailed explanations of strains, edibles, and accessories. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales. Support daily operations, including store cleanliness, organization, and compliance checks. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Must speak Spanish fluently. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to 77082 or 77080 Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (grocery, restaurant, or similar setting). Experience handling cash and operating registers. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
