We're looking for a Fundraising Sales Associate to represent a nonprofit partner focused on ending bullying through education, awareness, and youth empowerment. As a Fundraising Sales Associate, your role centers on direct, in-person interactions; meeting community members, explaining the mission, and helping generate donations through a structured sales approach. Every conversation contributes to how the nonprofit's brand is seen and supported throughout Houston.
Job Details:
Full-time, W-2 role Onsite role involving face-to-face interactions with customers in the greater Houston, TX market $600 weekly base pay OR 30% commission on individual funds raised for our nonprofit partners Fundraising Sales Associates will work directly with Houston community members to promote our nonprofit partners' missions, build awareness, and generate support through fundraising efforts. Fundraising Sales Associate:
Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required Background in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles is a plus Comfortable speaking with customers in a fast-paced, in-person environment Motivated by performance and interested in developing sales skills Reliable, team-oriented, and ready for a full-time, onsite schedule What this Fundraising Sales Associate role offers: Entry level training focused on communication, outreach, and sales development Weekly pay with uncapped commission incentives based on individual sales performance Travel opportunities (local and international) for top-performing Fundraising Sales Associate team members Opportunities to conduct market research on behalf of nonprofit clients Biweekly team nights and events to celebrate wins This Fundraising Sales Associate role is full-time and fully onsite, focused on direct interaction with the Houston community.
