Parts Sales Associate

Clayton Services is searching for a Parts Inside Sales Associate to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Parts Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and providing support to the customers after the sale is completed.

Parts Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Sell parts to exisiting customers over the phone or via email. Maintain the inventory of the product's sold by recording the inventory parts and monitoring the stock levels of the parts. Reorder any inventory or recurring parts immediately. Utilize the company's software system to quote, invoice, and track the shipment. Engage with past customers and follow up to ensure customer satisifcation. Maintain an "Open Orders " sheet daily.

Parts Inside Sales Associate Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient in QuickBooks. ​​​​​​

Parts Inside Sales Associate Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. Must have prior related work experience, preferrably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry. Parts Inside Sales Associate - Immediate need. Apply today!
