Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting pottery and mastering painting techniques Provide top-notch customer service while customers paint, offering guidance, tips, and check-ins Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and transactions securely Keep the studio clean and organized, ensuring inventory is well-maintained Answer phone calls and follow up with customers when needed Glaze and fire pottery pieces (training provided) Host birthday parties and events Promote studio offerings and specials Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience Requirements:

Retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling cash and managing inventory A positive, proactive approach to learning new products and services
