Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and style-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you will create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while helping maintain a beautiful, organized, and high-energy boutique environment. Our ideal candidate loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience Provide styling suggestions and product recommendations to help customers feel confident in their purchases Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, fit, and styling options Accurately process transactions using our POS system Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Restock merchandise and assist with maintaining displays Communicate current promotions and new arrivals to customers Support team members and contribute to daily sales goals Assist with general boutique upkeep and daily tasks as needed Requirements Previous retail experience is preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting Must be reliable and team-oriented Why You'll Love Working Here Employee discount Fun, fast-paced boutique environment Opportunity to grow within the brand Work with a supportive, team-focused group
