Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening supplies, and floral design products Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge in horticulture and retail offerings Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Stock shelves, organize displays, and merchandise products to create an attractive shopping environment Maintain organized inventory levels through effective stocking and merchandising techniques Support customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms or in-store interactions with clear communication and friendly service Handle cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations and cash handling procedures Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly in English; multilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, floral design, and related outdoor activities Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, merchandising, and inventory control Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to assisting shoppers and resolving issues promptly Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer support tools is advantageous Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping customers cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces!
