Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and product demos
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and manage cash handling
• Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Stay current with product knowledge
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
• Collaborate with other sales associates to achieve sales goals
• Participate in product training and development to stay updated on new products and promotions
• Engage in product demos and provide product recommendations to customers

Experience:

• Previous retail sales experience is essential
• Proficiency in retail math and sales is required
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time
