In today's fast-growing wireless and technology industry, we invite you to join our AT&T Sales Associate team and become part of an exciting, customer-focused environment. We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to help customers discover the best wireless products, devices, and plans to fit their lifestyle. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers in a retail setting, providing personalized recommendations, answering questions, and creating a positive shopping experience. Every customer has different needs, so we are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, adapt quickly, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales results. If you enjoy working with people, staying up to date on the latest technology, and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to have you join our AT&T Sales Associate team in our Dallas locations! Responsibilities of the
AT&T Sales Associate:
Welcome customers into the retail locations and provide a positive shopping experience Assist customers with wireless devices, upgrades, accessories, and service plans Explain AT&T products, promotions, and benefits while recommending solutions tailored to customer needs Answer customer questions and confidently during the sales process Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently Stay knowledgeable on current products, promotions, and wireless technology trends Maintain detailed and accurate customer records for future reference on accounts Support daily retail store operations and contribute to a team-oriented environment Consistently work toward individual and store sales goals
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
Previous retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow professionally Passion for customer service, technology, and sales

$4,600.00 - $5,500.00 per month
