REGALI RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Purpose The Retail Sales Associate is required to greet all guests with a friendly demeanor, assisting guests with their purchases, upselling, and ringing up all items the guest wants to purchase while providing an open, clean, and friendly environment in their designated location.

Customer Service:

Greet each guest as they enter the location, treating them with a friendly, respectful, and welcoming demeanor. Offer assistance to all guest requests.

Sales and Upselling:

Establish and maintain a "selling culture" by ensuring

GREET, SELL, UPSELL, THANK

(give receipt). Recommend additional items to guests to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.

Cash Handling:

Follow all company cash policies, cash audits, and cash accountability. Accurately ring up all items for every guest.

Merchandise Management:

Subscribe to and follow procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing/stocking merchandise. Maintain a stocked Retail area by moving all products to the front on shelving throughout the shift, adhering to the First In, First Out (FIFO) procedure.

Cleanliness and Safety:

Maintain a clean Retail area and clean up spills immediately. Inspect the area each shift to maintain optimum safety, cleanliness, and sanitation, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.

Inventory Management:

Follow inventory guidelines as published/established for your designated location. Properly and accurately use Vendor and Repair logs, and ensure the proper checking in of all deliveries with visible evidence if required.

Product Quality and Sanitation:

Maintain product quality and sanitation when preparing, stocking or dating products for consumer consumption.

Professional Conduct:

Treat all co-workers with respect. Lead by example every day and follow all company policies.

PERSONAL APPEARANCE

The Retail Sales Associate position requires a professional and crisp image. This includes no visible obscene tattoos or piercings, natural hair colors, and professional hairstyles that are not distracting to the guest experience. Makeup must be modest and professional. Males are encouraged to be clean-shaven each day. Full beards and other facial hair are allowed but must be kept trimmed to no longer than ¼ inch in length. Acrylic fingernails are not allowed. No artificial nail products on nails and jewelry must be modest (watch and ring). Uniforms must be clean and pressed prior to each shift. Males and females with shoulder-length hair must keep it tightly and smoothly restrained in a bun or ponytail.

PHYSICAL AND HOUR REQUIREMENTS

Must Live around the DFW Airport. With in 25 mile Radius. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds. 100% attendance expectation with the exception of approved time-off requests. Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time during the scheduled shift. Ability to be productive all hours of the scheduled shift and work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to stand in one place for several hours. Ability to reach above the shoulders and bend all hours of the shift. Ability to ambulate through the entire square footage of the store assigned and/or airport as well as the employee parking lot. Regali is an equal-opportunity employer.
