Job Description

MAK Kelly and Co. is looking for a customer-focused and team-ready Entry Level AT&T Team Member to join our AT&T Fiber outreach team in Austin, TX and neighboring communities. Austin is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan markets in the entire country, with thousands of new residents landing every month who all share one urgent need: a reliable fiber internet connection to keep up with the way they actually live and work. In this role, you will work as part of a coordinated AT&T Fiber outreach team across fiber-qualified residential neighborhoods in Austin, TX and surrounding areas, serving as the first human touchpoint between AT&T Fiber's 100% fiber-optic internet and the customers who need it most. As an Entry Level AT&T Team Member at MAK Kelly and Co., you will: Initiate honest, pressure-free, face-to-face conversations that prioritizes customers needs and informed decision-making over a rushed sales pitch Clearly educate potential customers on AT&T Fiber's speed tiers, pricing, and advantages. Support daily field team operations across assigned territories. Handle customer questions and objections with composure and professionalism. Guide customers through the sales process, account setup, and service activation Complete all enrollment documentation and customer interaction logs accurately. Attend all team huddles, AT&T Fiber product training sessions, and customer service coaching workshops If you lead with patience, communicate with clarity, and take real pride in delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction, this Entry Level AT&T Team Member role was designed for the way you already operate.
Entry Level AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. A naturally patient and people-first communicator. Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required. Composed and unflappable when customers push back or need more time Highly dependable with a strong commitment to punctuality and daily execution Passion for driving sales through genuine customer connections.
Pay:
$3,400.00 - $5,300.00 per month
