We're looking for a relationship builder, brand ambassador, and customer advocate who understands that long-term success comes from earning trust and delivering a world-class experience every single day. What You'll Do Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery and beyond. Sell vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service. Roll out the Red Carpet for every customer, regardless of their situation, budget, or buying timeline. Build and maintain strong relationships with current, past, and future clients. Complete timely and consistent follow-up through phone, text, email, and social media. Leverage social media platforms to build your personal brand, engage with customers, and generate new business opportunities. Participate in vehicle merchandising, including lot presentation, vehicle displays, photos, and online inventory presentation. Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership processes. Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve dealership goals. Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction expectations. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience with a track record of success. Automotive sales experience preferred, but top-performing sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and personal accountability. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable using social media as a business development tool.
