We are looking for someone who is great with people and has an understanding of how to help them become repeat clientele while striving to meet department and store goals and keep a clean work environment. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated but works well with others. Only driven and serious candidates need to apply. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. Maintain stock levels by supervising inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers who call with questions or concerns. candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for handling transactions. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Supervisory experience is an advantage but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
