We specialize in gold and diamond jewelry, fine watches, nameplates, and custom jewelry — serving our community with honesty, quality, and style. We're family-owned and proud of it. What you'll do
  • Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect piece — jewelry, watches, or custom designs
  • Build genuine relationships and provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor
  • Explain product features, pricing, and services including layaway and financing options
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organized display case
  • Represent the Gold Time brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What we're looking for
  • A positive attitude and strong people skills — this is a relationship-driven role
  • Reliability and punctuality, including weekend availability
  • A hunger to learn and grow — we will train the right person
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, not a requirement What we offer
