We focus on honest service, quality repairs, and a great customer experience. We are seeking a reliable, motivated, bilingual (English & Spanish) individual who wants hands-on exposure to electronics repair while working in a retail environment. Job Summary This is an entry-level position combining customer service, sales, and basic electronics repair . No prior repair experience is required — we provide training . This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys technology Is comfortable assisting customers in English and Spanish Wants to learn practical repair skills Is motivated by commission opportunities What You'll Be Doing Assist customers with device issues, questions, and phone sales in English and Spanish Learn and perform basic repairs (screen replacements, batteries, charging ports) after training Help diagnose device issues and explain solutions clearly to customers Upsell accessories and services Use our POS system to track repairs and customer information Handle customer devices carefully and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For Bilingual:

fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong interest in technology and electronics Willingness to learn hands-on repair skills Good communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working in a retail environment Able to work weekends and flexible hours Team-oriented attitude No Experience?
