Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in a dynamic store environment, and helping drive sales through direct, in-person customer engagement. About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support store management and sales leads with face-to-face customer engagement on the sales floor, including greeting shoppers, assisting with product selection, and helping close sales. You will help generate interest in products, assist with on-the-spot purchases, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of store sales activities. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Support Approach and engage customers in person as they browse the sales floor. Assist with product demonstrations, fittings, or recommendations as needed. Help answer basic customer questions and direct more detailed queries to a supervisor or specialist. Support the checkout, application, or transaction process for interested customers. Help identify customer needs and suggest add-on or related products. Assist in meeting daily and weekly sales targets for the store team. Store Operations & Merchandising Help set up and maintain displays, signage, and promotional materials throughout the store. Distribute flyers, catalogs, and promotional items to customers as appropriate. Monitor and report stock levels of products and marketing materials. Assist with receiving, organizing, and restocking merchandise. Track daily activity, sales, and conversions for reporting to supervisors. Team & Floor Coverage Work alongside fellow associates and team leads to cover different sections of the store. Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and policies during customer interactions. Adapt to different shopper traffic levels and customer demographics throughout the day. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate floor coverage and schedules. Team Collaboration Participate in daily briefings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. Share observations and feedback from the floor to help improve store performance. Contribute to a motivated, energetic, and target-driven team culture. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, confident personality comfortable approaching customers in person. Positive attitude and resilience, especially when facing rejection or difficult customers. Willingness to learn sales techniques and contribute to team targets. Ability to work independently on the floor with minimal supervision. Comfortable standing, walking, and being on your feet for extended periods. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in retail sales, promotions, or direct marketing is preferred but not required.
