We are hiring Retail Sales Associates in Laredo, TX to help ensure an excellent customer experience. If you love people, can talk your way into (and out of) anything, and get a rush from closing a sale, we want you on our team. We're building a fast-paced, fun, hustle-hard squad, and you could be the next superstar.
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and solve problems with them Crush sales at the events using our buy flow and POS system Show off products with confident, engaging demos Upsell like a pro and boost your numbers (and ours!) Keep displays looking sharp and create the events Jump in on inventory, tidying, and team support Help newer teammates level up their game Process sales for new customer accounts
Retail Sales Associate Skills & Qualifying Factors:
Must be 18 years of age or older Smooth communication and killer customer service Comfort with negotiation, problem solving, and leadership Strong upselling instincts and a friendly, fearless attitude Bonus points for bilingual skills or leadership experience A team-player mindset with the confidence to take the lead If you've got the energy, the charm, and the drive — step up.
