Job Description

Ranger Motors is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our vehicle inventory across various online platforms, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through excellent customer service, while upholding our reputation and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Promotion:
Post and manage our vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and other relevant marketing channels to attract potential buyers.
Customer Engagement:
Respond quickly to inquiries from prospective clients, providing detailed information about our vehicles and services.
Appointment Setting:
Arrange and confirm appointments for virtual or in-person viewings and test drives.
Sales Support:
Make outbound calls to interested clients, offering additional details, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Ranger Motors' inventory.
Requirements:
Sales experience is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with social media platforms and online marketplaces. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A high level of responsiveness and customer service focus.
Compensation:
