Our studios help people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. We're looking for high-energy Sales Associates who love connecting with people and helping them improve their health. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by hitting goals. What You'll Do Welcome and engage every guest who walks through the door Book intro stretch sessions and educate clients on the StretchLab experience Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails Convert intro sessions into memberships Build relationships with members and local businesses Help drive community outreach and grassroots marketing Maintain a positive and professional studio environment What Success Looks Like 60+ calls or follow-ups daily 10+ intro stretches booked weekly Strong membership conversions from intro sessions High energy and exceptional client experience What We're Looking For Sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred Comfortable making calls and starting conversations Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a busy studio environment Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Reliable, accountable, and coachable Compensation Hourly base + commission Bonus opportunities Complimentary stretch sessions Opportunity to grow into leadership roles Why Join StretchLab Our studios are collaborative, energetic, and focused on helping people feel their best.
