  • Spa or membership sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of our software, Zenoti, would be a plus! We are looking for a front desk sales associate who is looking for part time (2-4 shifts per week). These shifts are mostly evening and weekend shifts.
Operating hours:
Mon-Thurs 9 am-9 pm Fri-Sat 9am-8pm, & Sun 10 am-6pm. Flexible scheduling . This is a perfect position for college students. You are allowed to work on schoolwork during downtime.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
You must be comfortable with client interaction and selling.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
  • Upgrade clients and sell memberships
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
  • Answer phone calls and book appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility
Additional Pay:
Commission on sales including 8% product sales, $20 per membership and $2 per aromatherapy
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of membership based sales is preferred
  • Familiar with ZENOTI software is preferred
