With 3 locations in the DFW area, we are a comprehensive resource for customers' trailer and hauling needs, offering a wide selection of parts and expert service. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lot Associate to join our team at I-35 Trailer Store. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our lot, assisting customers with their trailer needs, and supporting sales through merchandising and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Duties Organize and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the lot area, including parking and display spaces. Esuring the lot and trailers are clean and well maintained Assist customers with locating products, providing product demos, and answering questions about trailers and parts. Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure products are properly labeled. Support sales efforts through upselling accessories and related products. Handle basic cashiering duties using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with inventory management. Maintain professional communication with customers via phone etiquette to address inquiries or schedule appointments. Support merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility and appeal. Assist with loading trailers or parts for customers as needed. Experience Prior experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and retail math calculations. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service aptitude. Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, stock management, and retail sales processes. Experience with product demos, upselling strategies, and grocery store operations is beneficial.
