In this role, you will help customers find the right products, provide product knowledge, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting vape, tobacco, hemp, and smoking-related products based on their needs and preferences Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and organize inventory to keep the store clean and fully stocked Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies Recommend complementary products and promotions to increase customer satisfaction and sales Receive, organize, and restock inventory shipments Assist with routine cleaning duties, including sales floor, counters, displays, and restrooms Monitor store security and report any suspicious activity or policy violations Handle phone inquiries professionally and assist customers with product availability and store information Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or smoke shop experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn product knowledge and explain products to customers confidently Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must be at least 21 years old Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
