POSITION LOCATION
Fields at Station 63, located in Mansfield, Texas, is a premier destination for athletes, families, and sports enthusiasts. POSITION SUMMARY
Facility Operations Team Member (Facility Ops) support the day to day operation of the facility ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Facility Ops are responsible for providing excellent guest service to all guests and to always able to display a vast amount of knowledge of the facility's programs and offerings. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining and protecting our facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet all members and guest upon entering the facility/area and provide direction as necessary. Provide courteous and friendly guest service to all guests. Assist all members and guests in registration & payment processes. Be knowledgeable about prices, leagues, and events. Resolve all guest concerns and complains and/or direct to appropriate Manager. Professionally administer all incoming calls on a multi-line phone. Complete a variety of clerical duties (filing, data entry, etc.) Ability to maintain regular and effective communication with other staff and guests. Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap, toilet tissue, & paper towels) Wipe mirrors and windows Laundering Towels Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances and parking lots. Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks painting, etc.) Report major damages and oversee repairs Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarm Event Set Up/Tear Down-Setting up and tearing down tables, chairs and any other necessary equipment as needed per event Attend and complete all scheduled staff meetings and trainings. Administer first aid and emergency procedures as needed. Properly submit behavioral and incident reports. Maintain proper reports and attendance records. Know and enforce the facility's policies and procedures. Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by Supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to organizing storage areas, deep cleaning of areas, floor scrubbing, making outbound calls, creating documents, managing an information/sales table, assisting with customer merchandise pick-ups & selling apparel items. All other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS
Flexible schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must have excellent guest services skills. Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations. Must be respectful and friendly with our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team Members. Must work well with others. Must take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facility. Commitment to the safety and wellbeing of others. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be 16 years old or older.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
