Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience Assist customers with buying, selling, and receiving pawn loans on their items Evaluate customer items for potential loans or purchases Negotiate loan terms and explain associated service fees to customers Maintain accurate and organized records of pawned items and transactions Handle cash transactions and manage cash register operations Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and maintain inventory levels Keep the store clean, presentable, and properly merchandised Handle online sales, including listing items, managing online inventory, and assisting with customer inquiries

Requirements:

High level of firearm knowledge; including function, assembly/disassembly & maintenance. Maintain knowledge of past & current related product features Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of pawn shop operations and practices is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Comfortable working with cash and operating a cash register Basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Bilingual preferred but not required Experience with online sales platforms is a plus Sales skills are required, preferentially those having previous experience in sales. Maybe you also have skills in technology-related services, mechanics, warehousing, jewelry, social media, or other areas.
