Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Assist customers with product inquiries, including conducting product demos and explaining features Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Upsell related products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Promote a positive shopping environment through clear communication and active engagement Ensure adherence to store policies on cash handling, safety procedures, and customer service standards Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are advantageous Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and retail math calculations Experience with grocery store operations or retail environments is beneficial Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences!
