Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses About Us Complete Services of Texas is a rapidly growing commercial landscape maintenance and construction company serving retail centers, restaurants, industrial properties, and commercial facilities throughout North Texas. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven sales professional to help us grow our commercial landscape maintenance division by developing new client relationships and securing long-term service contracts. Position Summary The Business Development / Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new commercial landscape maintenance opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, retail centers, HOAs, and commercial property owners. If you're someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities, this position offers unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities Generate new commercial landscape maintenance leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Visit commercial properties and identify opportunities for landscape maintenance services. Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, ownership groups, and general contractors. Prepare and present proposals and service agreements. Follow up on bids and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Attend networking events and industry functions. Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. Meet monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software. Qualifications Previous outside sales experience preferred. Commercial landscaping, construction, property management, or facility maintenance experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. Ability to prospect and develop business without relying solely on company-provided leads. Compensation Example Base Salary:
