About Us K-Mama Kitchen is a women-owned Korean-American food brand specializing in fresh, handmade kimchi and fermented pickles. We sell directly to customers at local farmers markets across DFW and love sharing our food through samples and friendly conversations. We're looking for an outgoing, dependable Sales Associate to represent our brand and help run our booth on Saturday mornings. This is a Saturday-only position , perfect for someone looking for weekend work. Location McKinney Farmers Market 315 S Chestnut St, McKinney, TX 75069 Schedule Saturdays only 7:30 AM - 12:15 PM 1 hour paid transportation time (pickup/drop-off in Carrollton) Reliable car required What You'll Do Set up, break down, and run a farmers market booth by oneself Greet customers and offer food samples Share product knowledge and answer questions about our kimchi and pickles Process payments and handle transactions accurately Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting Help customers choose products and make recommendations Address customer concerns in a friendly, professional manner Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales Compensation $15/hr for 2 weeks of training $18/hr for 6 weeks $20/hr ongoing What We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and comfortable talking with people Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Previous retail, cashier, or sales experience is a plus Must have reliable transportation
