Job Description
Griffin Jewelry is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Sales & Growth Associate to join our team in McKinney, Texas. This role is more than traditional retail sales. You'll help guide clients through jewelry purchases, repairs, custom projects, and special milestones while supporting daily operations and helping our business grow. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to details, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you love building relationships and creating exceptional client experiences, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Guide clients through jewelry purchases, repairs, and custom projects Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Manage repair intake, work orders, and client follow-up Communicate with clients by phone, text, email, and in person Maintain showroom presentation and merchandise displays Assist with social media, marketing projects, and gathering customer reviews Support daily store operations and administrative tasks Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals Qualifications Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable learning about jewelry repair and new technology and software systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, or client-focused sales is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Monthly bonus opportunities Paid time off Employee discount Flexible scheduling options Jewelry industry training and education Opportunities for growth within the company A supportive and team-oriented work environment
