This role assists customers with product selection, ensures the store is organized, and may process sales transactions. The Sales Associate helps achieve store goals by providing recommendations and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. This role has 90-day probationary period.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. Daily presentable appearance and western attire required. Outstanding customer service. Communicating with respect to all. (Yes sir / Yes ma'am) Greet customers and assist them with product selection and inquiries. Provide basic product knowledge and help customers make purchasing decisions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including displays and shelves. Assist with organizing inventory as needed. Support promotional efforts by helping set up displays and informing customers of special offers. Collaborating with team members and management to meet store goals. Complete required training as assigned to ensure job readiness and compliance with company and job-specific standards. Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established company policies and procedures. May process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below represent the minimum experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform this role satisfactorily. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience directly related to the essential duties of this role preferred. Strong persuasion, customer service, and sales skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred. Ability to lift and move items 25 lbs. or heavier as needed. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Effective communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing assigned duties
