This is a commission-based opportunity designed for a seasoned sales professional who is confident in closing sales, building relationships with customers, and taking initiative without constant supervision. We are not looking for someone new to sales. We are looking for an experienced closer who understands how to engage customers, overcome objections, and generate revenue.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service Close furniture sales and help customers find the best solutions for their home Follow up with leads and previous customers Maintain showroom appearance and product knowledge Work independently and take initiative to drive sales Assist with social media content and customer engagement when needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish Previous furniture sales or high-ticket retail sales experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Compensation:
Commission-Based Performance Bonuses Available Requirements:
