Team Members assist with food preparation, cashier duties, cleaning, and maintaining restaurant standards to ensure guests receive a positive dining experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and process payments Prepare cheesesteaks, wings, fries, and other menu items according to company standards Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure efficient restaurant operations Assist with opening and closing duties Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic during all shifts
