Full-Time Position Summary A specialty lumber mill and warehouse is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front Counter / Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and learning a hands-on industry. The client is willing to train candidates on materials and products for those with strong customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner Learn lumber and building materials to accurately assist customers Take customer orders in person and over the phone Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Process payments and issue tickets for warehouse fulfillment Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order preparation Check order status and follow up with customers as needed Contact vendors to follow up on deliveries or product availability Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area Assist with loading customer orders and pulling materials when needed Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented attitude Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn products, materials, and industry terminology Prior counter sales, retail, or front-desk experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50/75lbs unassisted How to Apply Infinity Staffing Solutions 905 Hwy 69 South, Nederland, TX (409) 527-5463 Walk-ins Welcome | Monday•Friday | 9:00 AM•4:00 PM
