24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever fusion of infrared heat with isometric and HIIT training! This yields a 3-dimensional training experience. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, & Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions of Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Thunder Row, and much more plus the FX Zone area for functional training outside the sauna. ! We are hiring for our Mid-County studio in Nederland, TX. We currently have one position open for Trainer Sales Associates (part-time sales/marketing and member support staff). Salary is $10.00 per hour plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. Commission/bonus structure can amount to significantly more in total salary. We provide paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Those who join the HOTWORX team should expect success in: Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals Working as a team player to help grow the membership base of the studio through marketing promotions, sales, on-boarding of new members and superior customer service for member retention Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and services to customers, thereby increasing product sales and brand loyalty Assisting members during their visits with an outgoing, warm and approachable yet professional demeanor at all times. Providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answering all pre/post-workout questions and providing suggestions on gear, hydration, and other retail items. Monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed. Ringing up customers at the cash register, taking payments, and issuing receipts Assuring consistent and exceptional studio appearance and customer experience Our ideal candidates will hold the following qualifications: Availability to work one weekend day and some weekday evening hours Previous sales/customer service experience Previous fitness studio experience Personally, lead and project a healthy lifestyle Have a personal passion for fitness/wellness and supporting others

Education:

High School Diploma (Required) Advanced Studies 2+ years (Required)

Part-time 15-20+ hours per week

Pay:
