Future Innovations SA, a professional sales and business consulting firm trusted by AT&T to enhance residential customer engagement, is hiring an AT&T Customer Sales Associate in Texas. The AT&T Customer Sales Associate provides sales & backend support, and tracks and helps local households select the right AT&T wireless devices, cell phones, and internet plans. The AT&T Customer Sales Associate role involves tracking performance, coaching on new products and protocols, and ensuring quality customer engagements, establishing a foundation for a future in wireless account leadership. Role Requirements for an AT&T Customer Sales Associate Execute account operations by supporting AT&T activations, internet plan upgrades, and account modifications with accuracy and compliance. Reinforce team performance by contributing to daily briefings, practicing coaching techniques, and supporting wireless and internet sales objectives. Handle escalated account challenges by learning to triage service concerns or technical device issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Support performance analysis by reviewing team data and collaborating with leadership to align execution with AT&T product launches and campaign strategies.
